What's the 10-minute deploy guarantee?: Once the 1-hour consultation locks scope and you give the 'go,' your MVP is built and deployed to the public web in 10 minutes or less. If we miss, we refund the $1,000 — you keep what we shipped.
How does the 4-hour timebox work?: The $1,000 covers up to 4 hours total: 1 hour of scoping, the build + deploy, and same-day refinement. Anything beyond the 4 hours rolls into a follow-up engagement at our standard rate — quoted before we keep going.
Where are you located? Can we meet in person?: We're based in Phoenix, AZ. Locals can meet in person — your office, our spot, or a coffee shop. Everywhere else is remote on Zoom or Meet. Same timebox, same guarantee.
What if we run out of time inside the 4 hours?: We ship the focused MVP we agreed to on the call. If we'd need more than the 4-hour timebox, we tell you before we start and quote the rest separately — no surprise invoices.
What's the refund policy?: Full refund if (a) we can't agree on a scope that fits the timebox on the kickoff call, or (b) we miss the 10-minute deploy guarantee. Once it's live, the fee is non-refundable.
